print two A5 letters on A4 paper

Set the paper size to A4 Landscape and choose "2 pages per sheet" under
"Multiple pages" on the Margins tab of Page Setup.

That will print two A4 letters on an A4 sheet; to get two A5 on A4, you need
the "2 pages per sheet" in the Page Setup dialog.
