Hi
is there away to print a users username as a watermark? i
have 120 computers that i want to do this with so that
any document that they print will have there username
somewhere in it, and i don't want to have to go around to
each users computer.

running windows 2000
office 2000
on a mixed NT 4.0/2000/2003 network

Have you looked at the network printers capabilities? Some of them can
do stuff like that.

Yes i have looked into that, but you cannot use
%username% with the network printers it doesn't work, it
just prints %username% and not the user that is loged in.
