Print Vertical Markup Marks In Final Document

When using Track Changes in Word 2003, is it possible to print the final
document showing the vertical margin mark but with the completed final text
(i.e. without the original text showing the markup).

In the Track Changes settings, format the Deleted Text as Hidden and the
inserted text as if it was normal text.

The markup for inserted text should be "none", and the deleted text,
"hidden" .
