Print/View Multiple Appts Scheduled at Same Time

Is there any way to format the calendar so that multiple appointments scheduled at the same time can be seen without Outlook cutting off the text or scrunching 10 appointsments on one line? For example, I often schedule an attorney to be in court at 9:00 a.m. for multiple clients and would like to be able to view/print each separate listing so that we can see each client that he's meeting.
