Print view protection

I'm trying to protect any changes to the print view of my form. I can set
"Read Only" on the text boxes but the check boxes and option buttons etc. can
still be changed.

Is there a way to set the check boxes and option buttons etc. to something
like "Read Only"?

Hi Jono,

you should set the entire view to be read only. Open your print view. Then
click View > View Properties. Under View Settings you will see an option
called "Read-only".

Thanks,
Frank

Hello

This option is seen only in Infopath 2007. If you are using Infopath 2003
you should create a read only view and shift to this readonly view on desired
action.

How do I create a "read only" view? And would you give an example of a
"desired action"? I'm trying to keep the information in the print view the
same as the default form.
