print view

my print view no longer displays the top and bottom
margins, it prints fine, but it's really annoying to see
a "2 inch" page on the screen, how can i fix this?

Margaret, You are a life saver. I had started copying
and pasting each page of my thesis (90 pages) and
reformatting. Thank you.
