Print with a Print View

Hi there.
I'm definitely not getting this.
I have a form in a form library on my SharePoint site, filled out and ready
to print. I want to print everything on it except for one section for this
particular filled out form. I don't want to delete the section from the
template because then the other forms in the library would be affected. So I
went into design mode and ...
1. created a new Print View
2. copied everything from the default View to the new Print View
3. delelted the unwanted section in the new print view
4. closed and saved the template
Now..how do I print the form and it's data with the new Print View...The new
Print View is nowhere to be found...it's not on my View menu (I left the box
checked that said "Show on the View Menu" so that it would show up for me to
select).

Hi Marty,
When you check the box "show on the view menu" will definately show up the
print view in your view menu.Just now i tried one solution and i got that.

Hi Marty,
You have another solution for this.
1. Click on “view properties†button
2. Now click on the tab “Print settingsâ€
3. Now select the “Select an existing view to use when printing this viewâ€
drop down value as “print viewâ€
4. It by default prints your “print viewâ€
