Printable area?

Hello All,

I am having a problem with Word 2002 installed on two different Windows 2000
Pro SP3 machines. When a document is opened and the user goes to print the
doc they receive the following error: "The margins of section 1 are set
outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue?" They
have done nothing to the margins of these documents. I can open the same
document on another cpu on the LAN and there are no problems. The only
temporary fix that I have been able to find so far is to Delete the users
profile and then start over. The problem always comes back though and I
have not been able to find out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

.
Brian,

The printable area is based upon whichever printer is
your default when the document is opened. The printable
area on an ink jet will be smaller than a laser. It
happens to me when printing a CD label.

Every user here has their own individual Laserjet that they print to. This
has never presented a problem before. Any more suggestions?

Thanks
Brian
