printarea and data/forms

I was wondering if there is a way to automatically adjust the printarea
to include new data entered via the FORM command in the Data menu
without using a macro.

If this is possible will it work on non-contiguous areas? eg data
tables on separate worksheets?

Help does not address this either way as far as I have been able to
find.

I am using excel 98 with os9.1+ or os8.6. I would also like to be able
to pass this along to a Darkside user. I would like to keep it as
simple as possible.

Any suggestions welcome.

Hi Greg,

I don't think you should need to do anything special to change the print
area assuming the data table is the only thing on the worksheet.

Excel knows where the table begins and ends and will use that information to
determine the print area by default, although you can change the settings in
the Page Setup dialog box.

It works the same way both Mac and Windows.
