Printed document too small

A

I just installed Office Mac on my MacBook. When I print the font is
tiny and the text only takes up the upper left corner of the page (it
is all there but very small). The font is set to 12, the zoom is set
to 100%, how can I make it print properly?

Cheers,
Alex

This sounds like a printer error, rather than a Word error per se.

Have you set up your printer correctly?

Have you (accidentally) told Word to print to A6 size, or some other
tiny page?

Zoom only affects the size on the screen, not the printed size, by the
way.

Hi Alex,

Office 2004? Sounds like the issue where it is leaving space to print track
changes balloons in the margins. If there are tracked changes, accept or
reject them all to get them gone. Be sure that you are not viewing or
printing hidden text, even if there are no tracked changes.

I believe an update fixed this issue, of Word 2004 leaving space when it
isn't supposed to.
