printed text looks different

using Visio 2002 professional

My problem here is when ever I printed a visio document, I get different
kind of text in my printed document which defers from the visio document. We
just try out a PDF print before we give it out to the printer. Eventhough, we
still got this thing going on. The printed document has somesought of
Webdings fonts or something. It's a real headache. Pls. help me in this
regard.

Sounds like a printer driver issue.

Make sure you are using the correct printer driver for your printer.
