In Visio 2007, I can print legal doc on legal paper to my old HP2000 inkjet
printer.
In Visio 5, I can print legal doc on legal paper to my (preferred) Brother
7820n.
In Visio 2007, I cannot print legal doc on legal paper to my BROTHER 7820n
printer. The printer auto reduces the document to letter size. I have
checked and tested every setting in Printers and Faxes, in Visio, etc. I
have tried landscape, portrait, custom setting for page size, no scale, Auto
and Tray Select. Every place there is an option, I checked and tested it.
Still no luck. Brother has never heard of this problem and could not help.
Has anyone experienced this? Prefer not to have to revert to Visio 5, but I
need to use the Brother laser printer. (FWIW, other Word docs print fine on
legal paper.)
