Printer Dialog without page number.

Why when I want to print an email from my OutLook and go
File/Print the Printer Dialog is different
for different email(two different dialog).
With a dialog(Print style) I can not set the page number
I want to print.

Someone give me some Idea to use just one Dialog
where I can set the page I need to print
for all email.
