Printer driver issues shutting down Access

Have a Laserjet 1100 printer on an XP box. When using the
HP1100(MS) driver all my programs run fine but printing is
rather slow. When I use the HP1100 driver for XP Access
errors out and closes out continually. What might be the
difference between the (MS) driver and the HP driver? Any
ideas what I could do here? I am getting faulting
application msaccess.exe version 9.0.0.3822, faulting
module shell32.dll version 6.0.2800.1106

Hi Lois,

From your description of the problem, it's hard to narrow down the problem.
I would start with the printer. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the
printer driver? Do you have the latest driver for the printer? Can you
reproduce the problem using a generic printer driver?

You might also check with HP website. I think they have free email support.
