Hi there! Using A02 on XP. I have a few dozen DB's being used by about 70
people in my department. We have Xerox printer/copier/scanner units
(Workcenter Pro 55). Just had one replaced last week and I now have 3 folks
that are getting a Microsoft Access Error when they click any button to print
preview a report. I can open a report, go to File, Print and print but the
button won't do it. Only 3 out of 70...weird. The error reads "There was a
problem retriving printer information for this object. The objext may have
been sent to a printer that is unavailable." I've checked VB references
lists and they are all consistent with mine. Plus, the weirder part is they
happened at various times over the last week. A 4th got the error a couple
of times, logged out and back in and they're fine. The other 3 still cannot
print preview.
I've contacted our Help Desk and they just tell me, "It's an Access issue,
so it's up to you to fix it". Sucks royally huh? I think it's a
Xerox/Access issue.
I would appreciate any help or advice on this.
Thank you!
