Printer Format Issue

Why is it that I lose some of my formatting when I print? How can I maintain
consistency?

I have a title bar that is black, but prints as blank (no fill) when sent to
the printer.

Any thoughts on this?

There is a setting under Tools>>Options
On the General Tab, select "Print background colors and pictures.
