Printer Friendly

I want to make a printer friendly version of an excel sheet or a word table.
What is the best way of going about this?
Any helpful advice would be welcome.

What do you mean by printer friendly?

Ok, then you have to design it print within 620 pixel space.

Ask in a excel or word group - as your question appears to be unrelated to
Frontpage.

You need to change the page set up properties in your application(s) to make
it print properly, that is, the print setup options.

Is this for a web page or is it a file they download (i.e. an xls file).? I
can't see how this is related to Frontpage at all.

If it is an xls file they open, then it is the user-settings in Excel that
determines how it prints.
Same with Word files.
