I encountered this problem at a client site. He has a HP Color Laserjet
4730MFP as a default printer. Suddenly this error came up in Word. Might be
due to Windows Updates, I'm not sure. Tried the following, with no results:
Removed the printer and installed the drivers locally.
Mapped lpt1 to the printershare and changed the tcpip port to lpt1 (worked
until reboot).
When I install the HP LaserJet 4 driver as the default printer, things work
fine. But when I change back to the MFP, it's crappy again.
Any help is really appriciated, as this has already taken me a lot of hours.
