printer help

I've created a database and I intend on spliting it so
network users can access the database. What do I change so
it will print to their default printer? Looking at the
reports it is showing my local printer. HELP!

Hello Hannah,

Just make sure that each report is set to "Default Printer". This is the default for new
reports, so unless you have earlier changed the report to "Use Specific Printer", you shouldn't
have anything to worry about.

To check the printer specification for a given report, open the report in preview or design view.
Then click on File > Page Setup... and select the Page tab. You should see option buttons for
selecting either the default or specific printer is selected at the bottom of this tabbed page.
