Printer Icon for Microsoft Document Imaging

I used to have a printer icon under printer and faxes where I could select
the Microsoft Document Imaging. I have tried everything but can't seem to
get it reinstalled. Help???

If you know for an absolute fact that you "have tried everything", then
I suppose there isn't much point in anyone trying to help, is there?
