printer icon not visible in toolbar on Office Document Imaging

I work with a lot of .tif files that I need to see in the
Document Imaging program. (Office XP)
When I need toprint the files I have to go through File,
print. The printer icon is missing from the toolbar. It
would make it so much easier if I could just click on the
icon to print.
The menu bar does not have a toolbar option anywhere.
Any suggestions?
