You're asking in the wrong place. The Microsoft webpage can be confusing and
may have misled you; this group is for questions about the database software
Microsoft Access.

I'd contact Epson directly - they'd know better than anyone else. To ask
volunteers (none of them likely to work for either Microsoft or Epson) you can
ask in a forum supporting Windows 7.
