Hi All,

I have an access database in which I need to print to a specific client auto
created printer. It's not the default printer. In Access i can setup the
specific printer. However everytime the user logs in via Citrix their printer
is assigned a "session #" following the printer name. This breaks my setting
in Access. This is a remote user and they are not on our local network.
Otherwise I'd create a session printer. I can't use the default printer
because I am using that for another operation. The printer is a label printer.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I may resolve this issue?

What happens if you send the report to preview, and let the user
select the printer when they actually print?
