Printer macros

Have a new client that use macros to print to certain trays.

Added a new pc to the network printer and tried to setup the macro...No idea
where to start when I started to record. So thought edit a macro on a pc
that did work cut and past into my saved attempt. Deleted contents of mine
first. Cut and pasted with a text file.

This worked fine, except couldn't get these icons client is using for the
macros?????

However the pc I used to cut and paste, none of their macros now work..says
macro has either been deleted or security is preventing use ???

Any assistance much appreciated
