Printer not using default printer information.

Hello, I have recently upgraded an Access 97 application to Access 2003.
I'm having a problem with one of the clients remote offices which is located
in the UK.

The users have their default printer set to paper type of A4. In the Access
97 version when going to the print dialog screen it would correctly show A4
as the paper setting. In the Access 2003 version it shows Letter aand does
not display the default setting. Other parts of the Office 2003 suite work
correctly. For example if I go into Word 2003 and do File -->> Print... it
opens the print dialog screen with A4 set as the default

How do I get Access 2003 back to showing the default setting when in the
print dialog screen. If the printer size default is Letter(U.S) than the it
should be Letter in the print print, if the printer default is A4(London)
then the printer dialog should use A4.

Thanks

Don
