Printer problem

I have a receipe on a 3 X 5 inch card template. When I PRINT PREVIEW all
looks very good BUT when I actually print it it shifts all the text about
1.75 inches to the right. Margings are set for .5
What am I doing wrong

Check your printer settings as well as page setup.

Very likely where you're feeding the card is not where the printer expects
to find it. Try printing on plain paper to see where you need to feed the
card. If that's not practical, then instead of using 3" x 5" as the paper
size, set up your document as Letter and set the margins to place the text
where the card will be.
