I have a customer who recently changed their server. I
built them an Access 2002 database.
The only problem they had when they changed servers is
when they try to print an error message comes up saying
the "abc" printer is no longer accessible do you want to
print to "efg" (efg being the correct path name to the new
printer) So they can print to the new printer but can not
elimiate the old printer from memory.
The deleted all referrences to the old printer in the
registry and tried some other things as well. I suspect
the network connect to the old printer is still in memory.
Any suggestions?
