Printer problem

J

John Baker

I have an MSAccessXP database used by 3 users. Each user has a copy
of the application on their C drive and the backend sits on the server.

All PCs have their printers set to use tray 2 of the printer. All other
programs except my application uses the tray 2 as expected. My application
always uses tray 1. This can be changed for a particular report by going
into Print/Print properties etc.
How can I change the default to match the default of the overall printer
settings and so have my Access application use tray 2 like all the other
applications.

G'Day John!!

Fancy meeting YOU here!!

Now! It can happen that, if you PRINT while a Report is
open in Design View, if you SAVE the report the
printer settings you used are saved with it!!

SO, if you open the report(s) in Design View, and Print
to the required Tray, THEN save the Report(s), the
problem may go away!

Let's know how you go!
