Printer Properties Problem

Hi-I am having trouble acessing the printer properties
button on any of my microsoft products. The properties
button doesn't respond when I click on it and I am trying
to up the print quality. Let me know if you have any
suggestions. Thanks!

I would try uninstalling, then reinstalling the printer driver. If that
doesn't fix it, I'd next visit the printer mfgr's website and get the latest
driver, and update to it.
