Printer Selection

Is there a way to print from an Office application and change the printer to
print one document without changing default printer for next print.

For example, I print a document that requires color and I select the color
printer. Next doc is b&w, but if I select quick print or I do not print
right away and forget to change selected printer the doc prints to the color
printer which is in a different location (not next to my office and uses
higher quality paper).

It would be nice if there was a "one-time print" button in the print dialog
box for printer selection.

Thank you so much for responding and providing link. I mostly use both Word
and Excel. I can create Excel macro to perform the task, also. I wanted to
make sure I wasn't missing something that was already available in the Office
applications.

Thanks again.
