We have users who share documents over the network. 1 user has Office Pro
2003 and the other user has Office Pro 2002. Both are on XP. The problem
concerns printing of this share document. Certain printing features are being
set for this shared document from the user with Office Pro 2003 that the
other user has to manually set each time she wants to print this shared
document. Are printing settings for shared documents set by the local machine
or can they be set on the specific shared document and be the same for each
user who wants to print it no matter what version of Office they have? We
have upgraded all users who share another document to Office 2003 Pro in a
different department but they still have this same issue.
