Printer settings

I use XP Pro as well as Office XP. I have a HP895CXi
Deskjet attached. Recently, I had to print a lot of colour
documents and, to save ink, used the 'draft' radio button
under File, Print, Properties. I find that, whichever
Office Application I now use, I have to set it to 'normal'
every time. How do I retain 'normal' as the default? I
have hunted in the 'help' with no success.

Have you tried changing the defaults by going to Start | Printers and Faxes
(in Windows) and setting your preferences there?
