printer tray selection?

Dear group, I have a bit of a poser here. I work for a company as the Word
application person. We recently got a new corporate identity, including a
change of logo/letterhead . The first page of a letter needs to be printed
on letterhead paper, next pages on plain white paper.

Now, as there are a number of different printers in use within the company,
i am looking for a way to tacle this *without users having to select a
certain paper tray*. (In the template I *can* for instance say that page 1
needs to be printed from tray 1 and the rest from the auto-select tray. But,
no printer is the same, and people need to be able to echange documents and
so on.

So, i am looking for a solution where it is set within the template that it
wants to print the 1st page on this letterhead paper and the rest on white.
I guess i will have to set the printer drivers, to name a certain tray
"letterhead". Then, in the template it should be set standard first page on
tray "letterhead".

Is this possible? how have other ppl tackled this issue? Thanks in advance
