"Unfortunately the cost for this extra space comes from the number of hours
you can include in a printout at each time interval. If you're used to
printing 12 hours at 15 minute intervals, you'll need to reduce the hours
printed to no more than 8 1/2 hours. For 10 minute appointments include no
more than 5 1/2 hours, 3 1/2 hours for 6 minute spans, and 2 1/2 hours for a
5 minute interval. "
with the hours to print set at 5.5 (9-2:30) I get this:

If you need to print a full day you'll need to print twice - one for
morning, one for afternoon. Setting Outlook to use half paper won't work
but setting your printer to print 2 pages per sheet will save paper. You
can also use longer paper - 11x14 will include at least 9-5.

Where is the update. I have downloaded every update that I can find. It

In 2007, outlook will not print 10 minute slots. It creates bubbles
that
are
staggered in 15 minutes/appt view.
The calendar assistant is of no help. It cuts off the work day at 5 PM.
It
appears that for those who want to use 2007 for an appointment
scheduler
it
is a major step backward. Any hope? Am I missing something?
