Printing 12 monthly calanders on 1 page

I would appreciate any help that someone can provide

I am trying to print an annual calander with all 12 months on the same page.
The difference being I want to include appointments from the calander. I can
find a way to print the calander, but I can't include the appointments.

I would take it in any format, but 3 accross and 4 down seems logical

Thank you in advance for anyhelp in this matter
