Printing 2 calendars at the same time on same page

Occasionally I need to print my calendar and my manager's calendar. Is there
anyway to print them side by side on the same paper just as they appear when
I have both of them open in Calendar?

Outlook 2003

Outlook 2007 has a built in answer. For Outlook 2003 I would
