Printing 2 pages/sheet

I am printing a book which is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. An option on the page setup
allows for selecting 2 pages per sheet (8 1/2 x 11).
It prints p.1 on the left and p.2 on the right, etc. All that is well and
good, but my printing co. wants it in a certain order. Suppose there are
100 pgs. They want
1st sheet: on the left, pg.1, on the rt. p.100.
2nd sheet: pg. 3 and p. 98
3rd sheet; pg. 5 and p. 96
so that it matches up when they do the final 2-sides printing.
Any ideas?

You need an extra application to handle that. Try searching the web for
"booklet printing." There are lots of them free. Some printer drivers
will do it for you too.
