printing 2nd page with application data

Everytime I print a page, I get a second page that has file name, directory,
template,Title, subject etc.
How do I turn this off. This started after I set up a macros. Does this
have anything to do with this problem?

In Word 2007, click on Office Button | Word Options | Display |
uncheck the "Print document properties" box | OK.

In Word 2003 or earlier, click on Tools | Options | Print tab |
uncheck the "Document properties" box | OK.
