Printing 4 page document on to one ledger size page

I need to print a four (8 1/5 x 11) page document on to a single ledger size
(11x17) double sided page to make a phamlet. I can get the front and back
pages on to one sheet in Publisher, but the other 2 inside pages where
created in Word and I cant seem to get either Word to work with trying to do
a new page set up on a custom size paper in landscape to be able to fit the 2
pages. Nor can I seem to be able to transfer the word documents over into
Publisher to create the other page I need. Any sugestions? In Word if I try
the booklet set up it will only split a regular letter size page. Can I make
the page bigger some how? Thanks

What happens when you try to import the Word document? What version Publisher
are you using?
Create a text box on page two, right-click, click change text, click text file,
browse to the Word file. If you think the text will overflow, create a second
text box on page three and link with page two.

Mary, Thanks but I finaly got the Word pages to go to the Publisher. I was
just trying to cut and paste and was not thinking to first create the text
box. I did figure it out but I was not thinking like I said, and any other
time when I moved text from place to place in side Publisher it creates its
own text box for me. But I still would like to knoow how to make a 2 page
Word document fit on a ledger size page inside Word so I would not have to
transfer pages when I have a larger booklet to do. Linda
