Printing a document with sections

In printing a document with sections, each section prints separately instead of the document printing continuously from beginning to end.

If I print to a pdf, each section shows up as a separate file.

How can the document be printed as one?

Answer found. There is a section called Print Attributes that allows the user to set Attributes to the whole document. Not easy to find and not in the documentation.

Hi PG -

This is quite common - Many printers & nearly all PDF generators interpret
Word's Section Breaks as End of Document markers. This is particularly true
in the case of Next Page Section Breaks or sections where the Page
Orientation and/or margins differ from the other sections.

Although there isn't much you can do to prevent it there is an
after-the-fact solution. Check around (VersionTracker.com is a good source)
for one of the PDF generator apps out there that can merge multiple PDF
files. A couple highly rated (and FREE) are:

Combine PDFs 3.0
PDF Lab
JoinPDF
PDFMergeX

Or you can combine PDFs with Acrobat 8 if you have it [not sure about 7.x].
