Printing a draft email, how to show whom it is being sent to.

When I type an email, I need to have my boss approve it, but when I go to
print it, it does not show whom it is being sent to, nor the subject line.

How can I correct this?

So how does showing a printout prove that is what you will send?
Obviously you could change it after getting approval. You could even
printout something on-the-fly which was never from an e-mail that you
have so far composed. Forward the e-mail to your micro-managing boss
and have him okay and send it. He could then put his own little nazi
stamp of approval on the e-mail before he forwards it to the
recipient.
