Printing a footer on an even page after odd page break

I have a document that makes extensive use of odd page breaks. So, if
printed double-sided, the verso is left blank. If printed one-sided, a blank
page prints. These blanks don't appear when viewing the doc in Word.

What I want to know is, how do I get headers and footers to print on these
blank pages that Word automatically inserts?
