Printing a form

How can I get the fields on a form to line up correctly when it prints?
The form in print preview looks totally different than it does on the screen.

Hi,
The printed form will look same like as it appears in the print preview. You
won’t see any lines as displayed in the design mode. You can set the options
to print background colors and pictures by going to Tools -> Options ->
General tab.
