printing a form

i have a form that allows users to enter interest rates
each week for certain banks. i never created a report to
print this, i just print it from the form the problem is
when it goes to the next page it drops the form header.
Is there anyway to keep this on the following pages,
without putting it into a report?

In the Design View, click View in the toolbar, check Page
Header/Footer, copy the heading information in the Form
Header to Page Header, uncheck Form Header in View
