Printing a Gantt chart with tasks that are complete identified

I have a simple project where all tasks are just milestones (please don't ask
why-the customer wants it this way).

I would like to have a way to indicate when these tasks are completed and
have it show in the Gantt with a color change or something.

Also I'd like to show it completed with a color change in the task
information sheet-so when it is printed it is obvious what tasks are
completed and what ones are still outstanding.

Any help?
Thanks

Helo,

You need to format a new bar in the Format>Barstyles menu. You can make it
any color you want. Use it to make the milestone indicator change.

While I am sure an someone smarter than me can explain how to make the font
change colors. (I am interested in that too.) Another approach is to insert
a Flag field then use a formula-based, graphic indicator that appears when %
Complete is 100. That worked for me.

Thanks for some of the help
I see that I can cut and paste a graphic. I don't know how to get it to
appear when the completion is 100%-I guess a macro.

So I'll have to investigate macros-never did that before.

I don't think you need a macro, but instead, a formula. Google for
"stoplight" in this NG, and I think you'll find what you want. Of
course, if you'd rather tackle VBA, be my guest! :)

Hope this helps in your world.
