printing a list of hyperlinks from a custom toolbar

Our organization has a custom toolbar that has a substantial number of menu
and submenu commands that contain hyperlinks to documents on our network.

Is there any way to produce a list of those hyperlinks without having to
open each of the menu commands separately, and cut and paste the individual
hyperlinks into a list compiled manually?
