Printing a Message in HTML in Outlook

Every time I try to Print a message in HTML format I receive the following
message:
"An error occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Do you want o continue running scripts on this page? "

I have reinstalled the office twice but the problem persists.

The only way I have to print is to change the message format.
