Printing a page border

[Dubbz]

I am having trouble printing out a page border in Word 2003. When I try to
adjust the page margins or adjust the page ruler, the bottom portion of the
border does not print. I get an message saying if I stiil want to continue to
print even if the border is outside the print area or to fix it.

I even tried choosing different types of borders. The bottom portion still
doesn't print!!! How do I fix this?
