There is a user in my office who has been (don't laugh),
upgraded to Office 97 from the MS Exchange client. We use
American Systems Print Screen Deluxe to capture images.
When this user receives an eMail with one of these print
screens and trys to print the eMail, only a sliver of the
print screen is included on the right side. It still works
with her old Exchange set up, and if she forwards it to
someone else it will print. It seems that there is a
problem with the margins, but changing the margins will
cause other items to be messed up as well. Any ideas?
