Printing a single envelope

For some reason when attempting to print a single envelope, the address block
including the name does not print. I have to print single envelopes in
Publisher.

This is a known problem with some printer drivers. Check that you have the
latest printer driver and reinstall it.

If that fails, please post back and tell us your versions of OS and Word and
whether they are fully patched up to date. Also, which font are you using
for the envelope address?

Another test, after adding your the address to envelope wizard, click on the
Add to Document button: it should now be page 0 of your document. With the
cursor in the envelope address, Print, Current Page. Is it still not
printing?
